PAYMENT POLICY

ALOHA PICNIC accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery or JCB. The transaction via ALOHA PICNIC’s website is processed through Stripe. 

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

We are shifting our business model to “Made-on-Demand” models, so items are made after an order is received. However, for the items we made prior to shifting to the made-on-demand model, we do our best to have all listed items in stock. If the item is out of stock for some reason, we will notify you immediately via email with a revised lead time on delivery. At that point you will have the option to accept the revised delivery date or cancel your order.

SALES TAXES

Sales tax will be charged to NY residents on all taxable items.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share or sell any customer information with third parties. Our secure server provides maximum privacy.
